The following steps will help walk through the process of adding users to EngageDSX.
1) Login at https://codigo.gocodigo.net/Login/
2) On left side bottom of screen, go to Settings Icon > Users
3) Click “+ New User”
4) Fill in First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- Fill in the correct Rights with the information below. See below for detailed explanation of each of the rights.
- When complete, click “Save.”
User Rights Areas
- Company Administrator - has access to all Screens and Media. Has additional accesses to adjust company settings and adjust user rights.
- Basic User - users that will only have limited access to specific screens. They may also only have access to add media and not schedule.

Overview of Notification Settings
Users can always adjust this for themselves if they have the ability to “Edit Your Users” under the Administrative Rights. Checking the box at the bottom for “Send a consolidated report in one daily email” combines all the email notifications into one email per day:

*Checking “All” or the specific rights will give the user the following capabilities for the Channels they have rights to:

Suggested Network Rights
Users will just be able to view the channels (screens) they have access to as well as the Hub (device) it is linked to.
Suggested Administrative Rights
Users will just be able to view users set up for the whole account but will not be able to add or edit users.
Additional Notes
If a user has rights to “All Shows” or “All Media” - it is not just in relation to the channels they have access to.
If a Show is scheduled to more than one channel and the user has edit access to “All Shows” they can alter content for another channel they do not have access to.
Resetting Users Passwords
1) If a user has forgotten their password, they can go to: https://codigo.gocodigo.net/Login/ and click “Forgot password.”
2) They will then enter their email address which will send an email with the new password if they have an active account.
Editing/Disabling Users
Only company administrators can edit/remove users:
1) Login to EngageDSX
2) Click on the gear symbol in lower left corner and choose “Users”
3) Click on the checkbox next to the name and then choose the pencil icon to edit or the X to delete the user.
