The following steps will walk through registration of your EngageDSX device.
1) Please log into to your EngageDSX account: https://codigo.gocodigo.net/Login/
2) Once logged in, Click on Hubs on the bottom left side of the screen
3) Check the box next to hub ID or the device name/ location
4) Click on Register Hub on top of the screen
5) Type in Registration Key that Appears on your TV Screen after installation of your device
6) Click on Register
7) A Green Box Should Appear
Please allow around 1-5 minutes for green hub to show
8) If the hub icon is still gray after 10 min (possibly due to weak network connectivity), you may have to unregister the device by selecting the hub and clicking “unregister selected hubs”.
This will cause a different registration code to appear again, and then you re-register the device.

Status indicators:
- Grey= needs to be registered
- Green = registered
- Yellow= missed a check in the last 15 minutes
- Red = missing a check in for the last 30
- minutes consecutively
- Black = missing a check in for the last 30 days
- consecutively
Red or black get troubleshooted FIRST by rebooting and checking network
