Changing Your Password

Updating your account password replaces temporary credentials assigned during setup and keeps your Spectrio Engage system secure.

1. Log into EngageDSX.
2. In the left side menu, click the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
3. Click the profile icon in the lower-left corner of the side menu, then click your email address.
4. Click Change Password.
5. Enter the desired password.
6. Click Save.

Password Requirements

New passwords must include:

• At least nine characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
