Granting Account Access

Only users that an account admin has created, or has requested to be created, can access your account. Spectrio Support will also have access for assistance needs.

 

Users can be managed/created by the account admin at any time. To do so:

1. Log into EngageDSX.
2. In the left side menu, click the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
3. Click Users.
4. Click +New User to add a user or use the list of created users to edit details.
